Are refunds possible?
Refunds & Returns: You can return most items within 30 days of receipt—just keep them unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with your proof of purchase. Once we approve your return, we’ll email you a prepaid shipping label; after inspecting the returned item, we’ll refund your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note: personalized items (like custom calendars) cannot be refunded or canceled once ordered.

Can I place an order without creating an account?

Cancellations: You may cancel standard orders free of charge within 48 hours of purchase by emailing support@pawidols.com. After 48 hours—or once your order is already processing or shipped—you can still return or exchange eligible items under our standard returns policy, but personalized products remain final sale.

Shipping costs depend on the item you’ve ordered and the country where it’s being delivered. If your order value is more than $40, we provide free shipping within the U.S.
